This is the second time my wife and I have been outbid in our house hunting journey. We put an offer in at $84,999 including 6% sales concession covered by seller, and than we had to up our offer to $90.000 including 6% sales concession covered by seller, but our offer was beaten by a buyer who had $85,000 Cash.
The process of house hunting is damn near a full time job, from being online to physically looking at homes it is, or can be very consuming. All of the financing and whatnot is quite complicated, not to mention all the mental notes regarding each home you look garage, basement, sq. feet, and the list goes on). I guess we are back to the drawing board. Hopefully we will find the right home soon. Paying $800 in rent for a 725 sq. foot 2 bed room apartment is a motherfucker.
